Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

We use the most eco-friendly shipping methods, which is why our shipping takes slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. After our 3-5 day processing window, orders take 8-25 business days to arrive, depending on where you are in the world. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but, after 2 hours after purchase we cannot guarantee changes as the order would have entered the processing process for shipping.
Order Cancelation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation.
Order Issues
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to courier issues (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages), we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. However, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge to ensure you still receive your order.
